Hey world, I started this page two years ago. I name it Lyrica because the word reminds me of music. Every song whether blues, jazz, R&B, country, pop, rock, classical, gospel, has some type of lyric to it or a meaning. My initial goal was to make this page my poetry corner as well. I have always had a niche for writing. A lot of it comes from where I grew up as a child. Early, very early I was introduced to music. I reminisce back to sitting in a dark living room what most people now call the Great room. Their was a mahogany stereo system, which had a turn table to play 45'rpm vinyl and album's. Some who are reading this already knows what i am talking about. I dare not forget on the side to the left, was where 8-tracks could be played. The speakers were RCA speakers surround sounds in the front, left & right side and oh this gem also came with an FM & AM radio. Listening to music on those vinyl plastic pieces gave you the clearest sound you would ever want to here. Some of the artists I can remember, Joe Simon, BB King, Aretha, Al Green 💚 one of my favorite for his great beat Love & Happiness, I can still hear the beginning of that one with those guitar picking chords, I wish I knew the correct spelling of that sound. But for any of you who have not heard it, please go down memory lane with me and find. I will no longer neglect this page I created. Not for my followers or family & friends but I started it for a purpose and a reason. Just like another great song Reasons by Earth Wind & Fire. There is a reason I am here so follow if you like. But I will be back!!!
