Feeling incredibly thankful that the stars aligned and made me a small business owner today.

Not only do I get to build relationships with other businesses, sports organizations, families and new friends, but I am able to manage my availability to allow me to be PRESENT. I am a busy mom and each of my children participates in extracurricular activities that I am able to show up for, without feeling guilty or having to ask for permission, and without fear of repercussions.

Being a working Mom is hard stuff. Finding balance between your career and your children is such a struggle that tends to always leave you feeling like you’re neglecting a part of your life because you chose to be present in the other. I see you, Mamas! ❤️ You’re doing GREAT!

Thank you to all of our customers who keep us in business, who have become friends, and the ones who eventually will join the Cali Fresh famILY. I am truly thankful tonight ❤️🙏🏻

Due to consistent private catering events we have experienced, we have decided to make a few changes.

Effective immediately, we will no longer be catering on weekdays, aside from our current ongoing successful relationship with the Angels Baseball organization.

Moving forward, any catering events that require on site servers and food preparation will be subject to a flat $1500 premium. This will cover the time and hard work put into on site catering. After our last experience, we will be very selective with offering these services.

Furthermore, 20% gratuity will automatically be added to contracts to ensure my servers are compensated appropriately.

Any changes made to the logistics or existing agreement will be subject to rate re-negotiation. If you choose to change your event to an outdoor party and my servers have to climb 38 flights of stairs throughout the day to serve your guests (thank you Apple Watch for tracking that for them), we will absolutely require additional compensation for my team, and it would be an obvious thing that the service would not be as fast as if they were on the same floor. In no way, shape or form should a customer refuse to cover my servers time because they took too long climbing up and down stairs we were never informed about. That is poor taste and bad character. Sometimes, no matter how good someone has it in life, they choose to belittle others who can’t purchase boats as birthday gifts.

I will never stand for my team not being appreciated and compensated properly. They work VERY hard and take time away from their families to work these private events.

To our amazing customers who have continued to support us, appreciate my team and spread good character, we thank you and we appreciate you for being the good this world so desperately needs more of.
