Competitive Pay:
Entry-level positions start at $25/hour for those with a 2 year technical degree in heavy equipment , with top pay in the heavy equipment industry and no cap on pay, some technicians are over $50+ an hour

Skills Development:
Enhance your expertise with training from the International Fluid Power
Society, AERA Engine Builders Association, American Welding Society, ASE, and OEM electrical diagnostic training.
Who We’re Looking For:
CDL Preferred:
A Commercial Driver’s License is a plus for all senior techs
Team Player:
Collaborate with fellow technicians to tackle challenges and achieve excellence.
Positive Attitude:
Bring your enthusiasm and a good attitude to our team.
Hardworking:
Be ready to put in the effort and work long hours when necessary.
Problem Solving:
Be capable of performing applied failure analysis to confirm repairs, we dont keep parts changers
Self Sufficient:
Be able to carry out scheduled work to without oversight
Heavy Equipment Expertise:
Experience with electrical systems diagnostic in heavy machinery is essential.
Component Rebuilding Skills:
Familiarity with rebuilding heavy equipment components is preferred.
Relocation Benefits Up To $5000 for top Talent
Tools:
Must supply basic hand tools, ratchets, and sockets up to 3/4 drive.
