This October, Nashville Connector invites commuters and residents throughout Nashville and Davidson County to participate in Walktober, a community challenge celebrating walking and rolling as practical, healthy and sustainable ways to travel.

Walk to work, roll to a transit stop, take a walking meeting or replace a short driving trip with a trip on foot. Track your eligible trips through the Nashville Connector commute-tracking app and see how your steps contribute to a more connected Nashville.

➡️ Commuter Challenge is over! Enter all of your September trips by October 5th to be eligible to win prizes.
📌 Week Without Driving continues through October 8. Take the pledge to win a Nashville Connector swag bag!

We are still buzzing about the 4th Annual TDM Summit! 👏 👏 👏

More than 250 attendees came together for a day centered on our theme, “Moving Beyond the Plan: Implementing TDM.” Throughout the Summit, transportation professionals, elected officials, students, community partners, and industry leaders explored how we can turn transportation plans into action and expand mobility choices throughout Nashville, Tennessee, and beyond.

The Summit may be over, but there are still plenty of ways to put TDM into action:
🚲 Take the pledge to participate in A Week Without Driving and experience your community from a new perspective.
🚶 Join Nashville Connector’s Walktober Fest and log eligible walking or rolling trips throughout October.

Together, we made the 4th Annual Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Summit a powerful day of connection, learning, and action. 👏✨

From conversations on transit growth and major‑destination mobility to leadership insights and practical commute solutions, our partners helped bring forward the knowledge and momentum needed to shape a more connected, reliable, and accessible Nashville.

We appreciate everyone who joined us at Nissan Stadium and all who continue working to expand transportation choices for communities across our region. Here’s to another year of moving plans into action!
