Riffs Eat. Good. Food. Some of the most amazing cities in the world have an amazing street food culture. Why not Nashville? Why trucks? Location, location, location!

In the States a vibrant food truck/cart scene exists in LA, Austin, Portland, Seattle, DC and of course NYC. Far from the maggot wagon/roach coach or even a taco truck (which we LOVE), food trucks serve high end, upscale food from the windows of commercial kitchens on wheels. Food trucks go where the people are. Also, buildings take money and that gets built into food cost. Trucks allow chefs to d

o their food, on their terms. The result is nothing short of delicious. We at Riffs would love to see the food truck scene grow in Nashville. We are working hard to bring our food to wherever we find people who want to enjoy it. What kind of food? Real food. Good food. Flavors classic and bold. Just the way a musicians pick a tune and jam. Who knows what happens? All we know is we want to be there. Riffs - Eat.
