With this idea can come to life...

Currently there's no official Owner Operator loadboards, one that actually gets load. All loadboard are takings load post from crooked carriers so it's like same old same old.

Our idea will change that and have shippers post their loads directly to us and even take loads from the same crooked carriers the only difference is they would have to post them at rates we approve. So no more $1.90 loads for eg. And no more $50 tarping.. with this idea we do not care what brokers charge we just know what we must be paid💪🏿

United Owner Operators loadboard will simply connect truckers with loads and make sure everyone gets treated right. Ensuring businesses can trust their products will be delivered professionally and making sure drivers are paid right and on time.

This idea can work with enough nationwide, with truckers support it can come to life..

👉How it sounds?

No catch and no suprise charges.. very simple.

You join the loadboard - take a load - then get paid 24hr after dropping. We will just take a small percentage of the total. Between 10% and 13% and a monthly app fee of $5. We will ensure the price per mile is fair and your fuel surcharge is fair. You get paid good we get our small percentage and everyone's happy. 👍

As a Truck driver been on the road should mean going home well paid, for far too long carriers are using truckers and taking all the $

United Owner Operators – A New Trucking Era Begins

This is just the beginning, but I’m laying the foundation for something big. The site is live and I’m building the system step by step. Eventually, it may become an app, or it may stay right here as a streamlined online platform. I’m still focused on Plan One, but in my spare time, I’m working out the vision for Plan Two.

The concept is simple. The plan is clear:
1. Truckers sign up as delivery personnel.
2. Businesses sign up as shippers.
3. Shippers post the loads they need moved.
4. Brokers can post under our terms (we control pricing and terms).
5. Truckers browse available loads with pricing set by us, always above market rates.
6. Admin confirms the load and driver.
7. Trucker picks up and delivers the load.
8. Admin confirms delivery.
9. Trucker gets paid within hours, or by the next day.

This model bypasses carriers and traditional brokers, connecting truckers directly to shippers and offering deals they can’t refuse, while still paying truckers above industry averages.

If enough owner-operators unite, we can reshape the trucking industry. No need to sign anything away, you work under your own name, with your own authority and insurance. You’re the boss. We simply handle shipments, pricing, and fast payouts. Im not against any ownwe operator group if you have a your drivers fine sign up and move loads.

I’m still refining Plan One, but Plan Two is already in motion.

With my plan all Transportation services would have real competition that might put them out of business. Which they should be, because they put their drivers at the bottom instead of the top 😡.

After this lawsuit hopefully I can get the United Owner Operator plan rolling 👍🏿
