Travel! While traveling for work or for myself, I use Thinx. If I am staying somewhere for a few days with a sink, I can wash the Thinx in the morning, hang to dry, and wear that pair the following day. For me, I have decided that using less products, being less invasive with my body, and using a reusable product during my menstrual cycle is important. To My Fellow Menstruators: We can plot and plan, hope and wish, beg and plead…but our cycle will come no matter what life event we have planned.
So I would like to send a small plop of encouragement. Thank your body for being lovely. Then pull up your Thinx] , let your buns hang out, and keep living!
This month, I turned 40. Slept in a camper van in Iceland for 27 nights. And let my buns hang out at one of the most spectacular waterfalls I have ever felt energy from, Dynjandi in the West Fjords.
Please…always keep living. Take breaths.
