COVID-19 Update: We will continue to operate during the COVID-19 outbreak and are considered an "essential business" under the New York State regulations for the pandemic, which means we are legally allowed to keep operating. We are doing everything that we possibly can to protect ourselves and our clients from Covid-19. Despite our best precautions however, some buildings are not allowing vendors of any kind (including professional moving companies) into their buildings. That said, we'd appreciate it you would double check with your management company to make sure that your move is still allowed to still take place, and, if so, if there are any restrictions on how we need to operate in the building. We also ask you to call us immediately if you come down with a fever, show symptoms or if anyone in your household has symptoms or the virus, as you would then need to go through the quarantine process, and we would not be able to move you. We reserve the right to cancel a job if we arrive, and there are obvious signs that it is an unsafe environment for our employees.
