We are having tie up with DHL / FEDEX / ARAMEX / TNT and other major courier companies. We are offering very competitive for International Courier shipments for Export and Import shipments world wide.
We can undertake all the shipments like / PERSONAL SHIPMENTS /CLOTHS/ LEATHERS/ FOOD ITEMS ( SWEETS & PICKLES) / WEDDIGN CARDS ETC.,
We are having other services like AIR FREIGHT / SEA FREIGHT also having own clearance team to handle COMMERCIAL SHIPMENTS.
We will take care of Perparing Invoice only for Individual Shipments. For which you have to provide details of the contents.
We can provide DHL AWB NO IMMIDIETLY while collecting the shipment from the customer. WE WILL ENSURE THAT THE SHIPMENT WILL MOVE WITH THE SAME AWB.NO. AFTER THE SHIPMENT WAS CONNECTED IN DHL / FEDEX , WE WILL SEND THE AWB COPY BY WATSUP / EMAIL. IMMDLY.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS:
i). AADHAR CARD /PASSPORT COPY FISRT PAGE AND LAST PAGE / DRIVING LICENCE/RATION CARD/ PAN CARD
FOR MEDICINE SHIPMENTS BEFORE COLLECTING THE SHIPMENT PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AND CONFIRM REGARDING THE SERVICE.
I). MEDICAL SHOP PURCHASE BILL ORIGINAL
2). DOCTOR PRISCRIPTION ORIGINAL
FOR COMPANY TO COMPANY SHIPMENTS REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
i). IMPORT /EXPORT COPY i.e. IEC COPY.
ii). PAN COPY
iii). GST COPY.
INVOICE FOR FEDEX CONNECTION – 4 sets Invoice copies with company seal and sign
For DHL CONNECTION – 4 sets with company seal and sign
Note:
WE ARE NOT GOING TO ACCEPT CHEMICAL / JEWELLERY / CURRENCY/ PASSPORT and any other items which is not acceptable by DHL / FEDEX .
