Good progress has been made this weekend on the layout boards for March TMD: Reborn in miniature. We have set the height of the boards at appoximataly 1100mm above floor level which is both a good height to work on and hopefully an optimal viewing height. The wait is finally over!

The timber has arrived, the space has been cleared, and construction of Phase One of March TMD Reborn in Miniature is officially underway!

Months of planning are now becoming reality as work begins on bringing this ambitious project to life. From the layout design to the key features that will make the model truly special, there’s a lot to look forward to.

Keep an eye out for our upcoming launch video, where we’ll reveal the track plan, showcase the vision behind the project, and outline the exciting elements that will be incorporated into the layout.

The new running numbers and names have arrived for 08495 'Bury' one of the March shunters with a grey cab roof and have been applied, the loco has also been weathered. Thanks to Railtec Transfers for all the hard work, more shunters to follow.
