My son has been watching me make graduation cards this week. As I am finishing up, he reminds me that he graduated 4k and wants a card.. a pop up one! So, I'll be in my craft room a bit longer today. 🙌🏼

I got a surprise in the mailbox: one of my favorite stamp companies made me a custom stamp with my name. I will use this on my next batch of cards. ♥️

Since my break of making cards, I used a lot of my stash to send them out. One thing I noticed is I wish I would haven't adhered all the sentiments. So, here is my new set of cards without sentiments although I have chosen one that would look beautifully on the front panel. See the last picture. I have 6 extra if anyone wants any of them. It would make a lovely Mother's Day card or any occasion. Reach out if you want to claim any and I'll send a payment link. They are $7, that includes the tax/shipping. I want to put some white splatter paint on them and I'm still searching for my tube. (Thank you, to my son for moving it😉)

This card is Inspired by my favorite fabric designers, Ruby Star Society. I made an iPad case out of their fabric line, "endpaper" yesterday. I had to recreate some of their beautiful color choices as best as I could. Slowly getting back into card making.. 😁

I had no intentions of adding shimmer sprays to the flowers but I needed to cover up all my glue mistakes. I've been quilting and sewing lately and it's really made me appreciate how cardmaking is gracious on covering up errors. There is no mercy in sewing. I am making a bag right now and I have had to seam rip 8 times around the handles to start again. It's still slightly wonky but I'm over it. 🤣

Howdy, it's been awhile! I've been slowly working on some western boot cards. I love all the textures on today's card. I'm hoping the fray block holds up on burlap. It seems to be pretty stiff.
