Enoki Eatz is a Black woman-owned vegan restaurant inside The Collective, and as somebody who normally eats meat, I was shocked by how good everything was.

The walnut tacos, jungle rice, plant back burger, and that Cookie Butter Kiss with coconut sorbet completely changed the way I look at vegan food.

A lot of us grew up making memories at Chamberlain and Berry Park. Now both parks are getting major upgrades, including new playgrounds, courts, trails, splash pads, and more. As someone who spent time here as a kid, this one was special to see!
