Key Responsibilities:
Market Pe*******on: Leverage proven sales methodologies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within targeted sectors.
Client Engagement: Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.
Strategic Sales Ex*****on: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with both contemporary market trends and time-tested industry practices.
Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our safety equipment and gear, articulating product value propositions with precision and clarity.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategic objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex product information in a clear, professional manner.
In-depth understanding of industry regulations and safety standards, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing innovation with adherence to traditional sales methodologies.
Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Proven experience in direct sales or safety sales is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly.
