Instead of sending it to DJI for repair, and this will take weeks before you get your unit back. Alternatively, send your Camera Gimbal assembly, we will diagnose and let you know how much it will cost to replace parts.
Within 5 business days of receipt of your unit, it will be repaired and shipped back in a few business days.

We offer this repair service for all Phantom 4 series ( Standard - Pro - Advanced and V2.0)
What if the unit has a different issue?
We will let you know once we diagnose the problem.
What this fee covers?
It will cover the diagnose the Gimbal Assembly .
After finding a different issue with my unit, what if I choose not to repair?
We will ship your unit back, a fee of only $40.00 you will end up paying.
Do I have to pay for replacement parts?
Yes. The replacement part costs will be billed to you, however, the $40.00 will be considered as down payment for the whole Repair Estimate.
Will I have to pay for shipping to get my item back?
No, we will pay for shipping the unit back to you with the Tracking number via USPS.
