Today is World Mental Health Day, and it’s a reminder that self-care matters.

One of the things I love most about travel is the chance to step away from the everyday routine. Sometimes we need a change of scenery, time with the people we love, something fun to look forward to, or simply a chance to slow down.

For me, some of my favorite memories have been made while traveling. It doesn’t have to be a huge trip or a faraway destination. Sometimes just getting away, being present, laughing together, and making new memories is exactly what we need.

Travel can’t fix everything, but I do believe there’s something special about having an adventure on the calendar to look forward to.

Today, take a little time for yourself and remember that your mental health matters too.
