Today we flashed a Yamaha 300HP on a really nice BlackJack hull owned by the first place winner of the Everglades Fishing Co 2026 fishing tournament.

We dodged some rain as we completed the tune but the owner had an umbrella to protect the engine while the EFC Go Backpack kept our equipment dry.

A couple of weeks ago we were one of the sponsors of the 2026 fishing tournament where we offered a free tune to the top 3 winning teams. The tune today is for 4.2 V6 250 SHO that will get the 332HP tune adding HP, torque and fuel savings.

Today, we are flashing the ECU of the 2nd place team. They chose the remote option which is when the ECU is shipped to us, we flash it, and then ship the ECU back. Typically, we can flash it and send back on the same or next day to avoid downtime. I received the ECU yesterday and already dropped it off at UPS for delivery tomorrow!

Have internet, will tune, anywhere!

Today we tuned a 2023 2400 with a Yamaha 250SHO, all in the bay.

We left in Placida to run the boat before the tune to capture data. We then moved to a calm area, lowered the dual .pole to hold the boat in place, and that is where we completed the ECU flash. This is a popular configuration of boat and motor, and I was excited to get some real data.

The Pathfinder has a really nice tower, and had almost half a tank.

The extra torque was noticeable from the first throttle push. The boat got on plane quicker, accelerated harder through the mid-range, and easily surpassed its previous maximum of 5,400 RPM. After the tune, it reached 6,100 RPM and gained 6.8 MPH on the top end topping out at 51.4MPH.

At cruise, the fuel burn was an incredible 20%!!! At 4500 RPM and 37MPH, it was burning 12 GPH, compared to 15GPH at 4400 RPM before the tune!

Today we tuned a 21LS powered by a 115HP. This boat is well equipped and has the extra weight of the TTop. The customer is wanting to get more torque to help with getting the boat on plane. The 115 struggles to get on plane when the boat is loaded with family and friends. The 21LS is a big wide boat and rated for a 175HP and the 115 needs some help. We used the 140HP tune to add 25HP, more torque, and better fuel efficiency.

Today we tuned a Key West 239FS with a 300HP 4.2L v6 that was tuned with the 332HP tune adding 82HP!! We took the boat out before and after the tune to gather some data. Unfortunately, the fuel gauge was not working before we completed the tune. We do have some information when the gauge started working intermittently after the tune which you will see in the video.

Overall, increased speed, increased fuel economy, increased range. The customer was happy and he went fishing right after we completed the tune.

Customers with Grady White boats have been getting tunes the last few weeks!! Here is a Grady White 275 with twin 2.8L L4 200HP, getting the tune to 231HP adding 62HP. This customer has experience with the Nizpro tunes on his previous boat and wanted the fuel savings with this boat.

His boat is stored near me. It took approximately two hours from our initial call where we spoke about getting the tunes done to the time the boat was tuned and ready to go!

This is the 4th Grady White I have tuned for the same customer. He has a 251 with a Yamaha 300, a 27 with twin Yamaha 300's and a 24 with a Suzuki 300HP duo prop that have all been tuned. He has been so impressed that after tuning his 251 he wanted them all done.

This is a 2024 Yamaha 250 SHO that was tuned to 332HP!!
