Today, I had the opportunity to tour and have lunch aboard the NCL Breakaway prior to its departure on the seasonal itinerary to Canada and Bermuda, which operates every Sunday during the Spring, Summer, and early Fall months. “Ellen, the trip to Italy was absolutely amazing! Better than we ever could have imagined. We appreciate that you took time away from your vacation to help us out securing a flight during the Lufthansa strike. We were very grateful that we only lost one day of the trip. We will have to go to Venice next time. Guliana greeted us late that first night and made sure she had food and wine for as at the hotel. That was just the beginning of how kind and attentive she was throughout our time traveling through Italy! In addition to the daily scheduled events there were often add on tours and/or events that were delightful. Thank you so much for this adventure of a lifetime with three generations sharing time together ❤️.”

1. Ellen, this is one of the best trips I have ever taken and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The riverboat cruise was fantastic. The tulips the scenery the staff members on ship the food. The entertainment was just fabulous.”

2. “Ellen, Thank you for all your hard work getting this trip planned for us. Also the flowers in our room was a beautiful pleasant surprise. A River Boat cruise is the way to go. Itinerary was good. 70 million tulips planted every year. Tours were a lot of walking but worth it. Personnel on boat very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Entertainment every night for hour just enough. Royal Suite worth extra money we paid. We will probably be doing another cruise with Avalon next year.”

It’s been full catch up since I returned home from my spring vacation to Greece. (I’d go back👏🏻😍🥰!)
This past week I’ve sent out travel documents to May travelers for Ireland 🇮🇪, France 🇫🇷, and Switzerland 🇨🇭, made final payments for upcoming clients vacations to Italy 🇮🇹, and even booked some folks to Greece 🇬🇷 for the fall!

By the way, while I was on my trip I worked to book new flights for traveling clients who were affected by an airline strike.

My point - when you see ads in your social media about how easy it is to sign up to be a travel agent in your spare time - it’s fake! No way! I’m on call 24/7. I take this seriously and have for 10 years. This is your hard earned money and it’s a huge responsibility to do it right.
