Before taking down a wall, there’s something you need to know 👀🔨

Joist direction and the home’s structural layout can offer clues to whether a wall is load-bearing. Getting it wrong can lead to some costly problems, so always make sure it’s properly assessed before demo begins.

Save this for your next project!

Walkthrough Wednesday | Philadelphia, PA

This one came with some serious challenges, mold, a dangerous staircase, and a collapsed ceiling. The crew had to carefully plan how to work the bottom & top floor while keeping everyone safe and getting debris into the dumpsters.

Not every cleanup is straightforward. Safety comes first every time.💯
