We can go to Ramp Customer Service with a request and they are always willing to help program something that will help my customer needs or find a solution that already exists within the system.
On several occasions, I have sent email requests for assistance during the weekend, Brian and the Ramp team has been there for me every time. We have never received that kind of attention with our past WMS systems. I can always count on the Ramp Team to help me out.
The Ramp System has so many capabilities, I feel like I learn something new every day. It is very user friendly. This is not something that can be put into words but shown during brief a Demo.

Did you Know?
You may already know that Ramp Enterprise WMS customers have the ability to use Android devices for their wireless Radio Frequency (RF) requirements.

But did you know this? Our customers may also use these devices and the Ramp Android application for Bill of Lading (BOL) signature capture and more.

With this solution, when a shipment is ready to leave the warehouse, our customers can bring up the BOL on the Android device to review. The driver then signs the BOL on this device. Our customers may then print a copy of the BOL from the Android device to a printer by the dock so the driver has the hard copy/signed BOL. Then the signed BOL is electronically filed in Ramp WMS when the order is shipped - and can be automatically emailed to the customer - or wherever it is needed.
