Hello. I know it's been awhile. It's been quite a crazy year and a half. I was pregnant all of last year basically and then had our baby in January. It's been an adjustment getting into the swing of having 4 children and Jason at work most of the time.
We were planning to get a new batch ready when the kids got back to school and now for the last week, I have lost my personal FB account along with my access to this page and both my personal and Wolf Blood IGs. FB says it is "inauthentic behavior" --- that this account was running ads that don't follow their policies and those ads were disabled, however, we didn't have any ads running, and as you can see, we haven't even used this page much except for replying to messages in the inbox.
I have sent FB my ID to verify it is me. I have emailed any possible email address I can find for them explaining this situation and how I did nothing wrong. I checked the status of this page from Jason's account and it says there have been no issues in the past 30 days and the account is in good health. I am very frustrated and hope all gets restored soon, but they say due to lack of staff, they may not be able to get to review my appeal. This has never happened to me before so I do not know what will happen once the 30 day countdown it gave me to dispute ends.
I just wanted to put an apology out there and explain the current situation especially if you've tried to reach out on IG. I am glad at least this page still exists via his account so Jason can answer messages since I usually handle everything here online. I am hoping FB realizes it was a mistake and all is restored, but again, I am sorry and we will try to get the new batch going asap. --Stacey
