We boarded Royal’s Brilliance of the Seas on Monday and have made stops in Koper Slovenia, Split Croatia, Dubrovnik Croatia, and Kotor Montenegro. Croatia and Montenegro were absolutely AMAZING!! It has jumped up on the list of one of the most spectacular places we have been to! If it’s not on your list, add it! We will be back some day! Turning 21 is a big deal… and there might not be a more fun way to celebrate than at Epcot.

“Drinking around the world” has kind of become a tradition—11 countries, each with their own drinks, food, and vibe. It’s not about rushing through it… it’s about taking your time, enjoying each stop, and making a full day out of it.

Start in Mexico with a margarita, grab a beer in Germany, sip wine in Italy, maybe a frozen drink in France… and just keep going at your own pace. Pair it with snacks from each country and it turns into a really fun (and surprisingly memorable) experience.

Now that Notre-Dame Cathedral is reopening, it’s the perfect time to experience it again, walking through history that feels both timeless and brand new.

Spend an evening on a Seine River cruise, drifting past landmarks while the city lights reflect on the water. It’s quiet, romantic, and honestly one of the best ways to see Paris.

Mornings are just as special—fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, and a café crème at a small sidewalk café. Slow, simple, and exactly how Paris should be experienced.
