Ya’ll give Brokers waayyy too much credit💯We DO NOT have as much control over the rate as you think!

Shippers are in control of it all but nobody has any argument for them‼️

Where is the 💵coming from in the 1st place…the shippers‼️ & ya’ll really believe they just open up the bank account & let brokers go crazy!!!😂❌

Hell Naw🙅🏾‍♂️Shippers are actually making most brokers work backwards for their freight‼️ What does that mean….

They send out mass emails with their load list & SET RATES & they’ll say “to secure the load you must have a truck secured 1st.”

So brokers are working backwards trying to cover a lane that’s not theirs & once they find a truck…someone else from the email already covered it💯

Shippers control the rates because they have to pay them‼️ Doesn’t that make sense⁉️

Ya’ll will still find a way to blame brokers…so how about this…don’t work with brokers. You do have that option‼️

Get your work direct from the shipper & come back & let me know how that works‼️
