Little shed build for anyone interested dm us for a price. It is 8’x8’ outside inside is about 7’6” x 7’4”. Has light and 2 outlets on inside. Set up to run right off an extension cord hook up.

A little 8x8 basic shed build out we are doing with a cut off section of a container. It will the steel doors for the main door, open side will be closed off with hardy board siding, light inside and be set up to be plug and play ready.

Next build coming in :). We use one trip containers because look how good they look. The lack of prep and repair easily makes up for the price difference in purchasing a lower grade. Also this was built in Jan 2022. Other lower grade containers can be many years old! #

Framing is underway on the Pool Cabana. Be finished tomorrow then hardy board siding on the open end , electric and insulation. Next up door install😃

It’s coming along , this Pool Cabana build. Open side will be enclosed in with 2 sliders making this a 10 foot wall of window. Inside will@be finished off with laminate flooring, a/c, lights and electric.

2 - 20 foot container design we are doing. One container will container the kitchen, living area the other will be the bedroom with bathroom. Containers will be set up in an L shape and a patio/ deck area will be installed for entertaining and outdoor space. We do these renders for any project that is more then a@basic design to give a feel for the space.

This is the difference in container classes. We get asked why don’t we buy the cheaper container for builds. Yes you save $1,200 on its purchase but look how much money you need to speak to get it ready for a build. Just the outside prep would exceed that amount. The first pictures are a class a 20 foot and the others are of the one trip we got today. Make sure saving 1,200 your really saving money.
