When doing an addition with a basement lower than the existing you have to underpin the footer. We are doing it in phases due to the length of the underpin. This is phase 1 hole 1. Phase 1 hole 2 coming tomorrow. Let me know how you do it in the comments.

When we first arrived and saw this tree resting on the roof of a steel building, we were speechless.

The very next day, we jumped into action. Within just two days, the tree was safely removed and the roof was made watertight.

After completing inspections and ordering materials, we rebuilt the structure—better and stronger than the original. 💪🌳🏗️
We replaced the entire roof, back wall, half the side wall, 1 main support, fixed one bent main support, 13 pearlin, a garage door, gutters, and a ton of insulation.
