Happy Easter from Sydney!

We made landfall at Bundaberg, Australia! We diverted from Southport due to terrible weather in the area. In fact within a couple hours of anchoring we found ourselves in massive thunderstorms and greatfull for the shelter of Bundaberg’s river anchorage.

Norhi getting re-certified in Fiji. This is an amazing country

SV Norhi passage from New Zealand to Fiji. We departed Opua, NZ on July 22nd and arrived at Navula Pass, Fiji on July 27th. We sailed a bit more than 1,000 miles in a little less than 5 days. Averaging 200 mile days for the passage. The apparent wind was forward of the beam for the entire trip and the sea state was sloppy and confused. The boat and crew did awesome. This is why we own a performance cat. Speed is indeed a form of security.
