For the past four years, the team here at Validated has been building a platform and a community that gives people the freedom to choose how they get around. Now we’re taking a huge leap forward that will allow us to continue supporting more local businesses and reducing transportation costs for more people in more cities.

As of today, Validated has officially been acquired by moovel (becoming REACH NOW)!

REACH NOW’s mission is to create a world without traffic jams, but that’s a big task for one company to take on alone. Thankfully, REACH NOW is part of a global joint venture between BMW and Daimler that is reinventing mobility as we know it. That sounds pretty great to us.

Over the years, we’ve grown Validated to offer Mobility Credits to more than 10,000 users, businesses and agents, and we believe that partnering with REACH NOW to help power that growth is a natural next step.
