🎉6 Weeks Perfect Attendance Reward!

Today, students who had perfect attendance for the last 6 weeks earned a fun luau!

It was a great way to celebrate their commitment to being at school every day. We are proud of our students for showing up and staying dedicated.

Registration for PK3, PK4, and Kindergarten 2026-2027 is just around the corner! Check out the flyer for the details & help us spread the word! 📚✨

To qualify for free public prekindergarten, a child must be 3 years old (for PK3) or 4 years old (for PK4) by September 1 of the current school year. Additionally, they must meet at least one of the following six criteria:

• Income-Based: The child is "educationally disadvantaged," meaning they qualify for the National School Lunch Program (family income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level).
• Language: The child is unable to speak or comprehend the English language (Emergent Bilingual/English Learner).
• Homelessness: The child is homeless as defined by the McKinney-Vento Act.
• Foster Care: The child is currently or was ever in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).
• Military: The child has a parent who is an active-duty member of the U.S. armed forces, or a member who was injured or killed while serving on active duty.
• Star of Texas Award: The child’s parent or guardian is a recipient of the Star of Texas Award (given to peace officers, firefighters, and emergency first responders).

Para calificar para el preescolar público gratuito, un niño debe tener 3 años (para PK3) o 4 años (para PK4) antes del 1 de septiembre del año escolar actual. Además, deben cumplir al menos uno de los siguientes seis criterios:
