Big Moose had a BIG move recently. 🫎💪

We prepped and moved 50 jewelry display cases into storage — and 2 of these beasts weighed nearly 600 lbs each!

But that’s no biggie for the Big Moose.

With a little planning, some creativity, and a crew willing to work hard, we knocked this one out with ZERO issues.

Our team was strong.
Our ex*****on was sharp.
And our energy was pure Big Moose.

How to move a large mirror -

This is just one of the many ways we move mirrors. In this example, our client asked us to move the mirror at the last minute.

We had to improvise a little bit, and here is what we did!

Step 1 - Pad Wrap the heck out of the mirror. We used 5 blankets on this mirror and we emphasized extra cushioning on the edges and front. We had plenty of blankets for the move, so why not use them!

Step 2 - Load the mirror appropriately. In this example, we already knew where this mirror was going in the load. We sandwiched it right between two mattresses! Boom! That is some sweet cushioning.

Step 3 - This is crucial! We properly secured the load. This prevents massive amounts of shifting and jostling during the transportation, and this helps guarantee this mirror makes it safely.

The mirror made it our client safe and sound. Was this the best form of protection? Probably not. We would have preferred the mirror protected in a box, but we improvised, and it was successfully moved!

Moving does not always have to be pretty, but it always has to be INTENTIONAL.
