Main course: surf and turf with baked potato and asparagus, carrots and broccoli, Spaghetti Bolognese, pulled pork enchilada with beans, rice and baked chicken, potato wedges and vegetables. Dessert: Apple cobbler, coconut layer cake with raspberry sauce and a vegetable and cheese platter.
