Do you love outings, connection, and making a difference? I’m excited to share that ILI United is hiring part-time trip staff to support our inclusive travel experiences for adults with disabilities!

We’re building a team of compassionate, reliable, and fun individuals who are ready to bring joy, safety, and support to our small-group adventures.

Here’s how it works:
- You'll be onboarded and trained to join our team.
- Once you're on the team, you choose which trips or events fit your schedule—no need to commit to every single one.
- Experience working with adults with disabilities is a plus, but kindness, responsibility, and a collaborative spirit are a must.

Whether you're a student, educator, support professional, or someone passionate about inclusive travel—this could be a great fit.

We're kicking off our first ILI United event with Disney and Dining — a joyful evening of great food, live Disney entertainment, and warm community vibes designed just for adults with disabilities.

Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with joy, connection, and a touch of Disney magic! Enjoy a delicious dinner, live performances of your favorite Disney songs, and a welcoming atmosphere designed for adults of all abilities.

Date: August 20th
Time: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: The Grind in Boyertown
Cost: $195 per person*
$240 for an attendee with their own 1:1 support staff provided
