What an incredible turnout for this weekend’s SCU clinic!

This was one of the biggest turnouts we’ve had at an SCU clinic, and we want to thank everyone who came out, put in the work, asked questions, and helped make the weekend such a success.

A huge thank you to Dingers Training Center for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to use their facility both days. With the weather we’ve had recently, having a great indoor space available allowed us to keep the clinic going and make sure everyone still had the opportunity to learn and get reps in.

At Space Coast Umpires, our goal is simple: train everyone and anyone who wants to become a better umpire.

Whether you’re brand new and looking to volunteer at your local Little League, getting back into umpiring after some time away, or looking to take your game to the next level, SCU is here to help you develop your mechanics, confidence, knowledge, and overall presence on the field.

Thank you again to everyone who attended and everyone who continues to support SCU. We’re excited to keep growing the umpiring community here on the Space Coast!

⚾ More umpires. Better umpires. More opportunities.

One of our leagues is planning their 2027 spring season now.

Calling all adult baseball players in Central Florida!

The CFABL-East is gearing up for our 2027 Spring season and recruiting new players and teams. For the upcoming season, expected to run from early January to early April, we will be featuring two 18+ divisions in Palm Bay and Merritt Island, whichever works best for you! We are a wood-bat league that plays once a week on Sundays, no minimum experience required.

Whether you're an up-and-coming prospect looking to get good reps, or a prospect-at-heart looking to get back into the game we all know and love, we'd be more than glad to have you with us. Register on our website cfableague.com today and indicate which Division works best for you.

Looking forward to getting you onto the field!

SCU — LET’S PUSH FOR 100%!

We currently have 70% of our assignments filled! That’s a great start, but we still have some work to do.

Huge shoutout to everyone who has already jumped in and self-assigned! We appreciate you taking the initiative and helping us get games covered.

If you haven’t checked the schedule yet, take a look and grab any open games that work for you on REFR!

More games covered = more opportunities for everyone.

Beachside Little League president came out to support 3 of our umpires working Banana Ball this weekend.

These 3 umpires owe Beachside a huge thank you for all the support over the years.

Beachside Little League was the first league in Brevard County to allow us to recruit, train, and grow umpires by giving us the games to work. Without Beachside Little League or our other partner leagues, umpires in Brevard county would have no place to learn or grow.

Thank you for all the support over the years.

Thank you Central Florida Amateur Baseball League - East President Geoff for coming and supporting 3 of our umpires as they worked a Banana Ball game in Jacksonville tonight.

The CFABL-East is one of the leagues that has always given support to out local umpires that has allowed us to grow and serve all leagues in Brevard county.
