My decade-old 12g hasn’t been this clear since last Christmas. I knocked out about 90% of the GHA and bubble algae that built up over the past eight months in a few hours. The refugium still needs a good trim and deep clean before I add a new cleanup crew.

Reefing Tip No. 1: If your tank is neglected, stop planning and just get after it.

It’s about time we said goodbye to shadows in top-down shots. Powered by dual IP68-rated submersible LEDs, this setup includes a compact power pack using a standard 9V battery (or rechargeable lithium-ion), with five brightness levels adjustable at the click of a button.
