Take a walk along 5th Ave south between 16th st and MLK and this is what you’ll see. Unlike 375, 175 was built intentionally as a wall to divide off the Southside. 7 blocks of the city walled off. A quick walk to the grocery store made that much harder. Neighbors disconnected from neighbors.
