🏈💕 FOOTBALL SEASON ORDER REMINDER 💕🏈

Just a little reminder as we’re in the middle of football season — I do not offer same-day orders.

And please know, it’s definitely not because I don’t want to! I would LOVE to take every single order that comes in and have it ready the same day. I hate having to tell someone I can’t squeeze something in! 🥹

But with the amount of orders I currently have coming in, same-day turnaround just isn’t possible. I want to make sure every order gets the time and attention it deserves while completing orders in the order they were received.

Also, a little reminder that The New Era Co. is a one-person operation. 💕 From answering messages and ordering supplies to designing, printing, embroidering, pressing, packaging, and everything in between — it’s all done by me!

Because of that, please give me a little grace if I don’t respond right away. 🫶🏼 If I’m not answering messages, there’s a good chance I’m working on orders and trying to get everything completed and out the door. I promise I’m not ignoring you, and I will respond as soon as I’m able.

Thursdays & Fridays during football season are especially difficult for last-minute orders, so please plan ahead whenever possible.

If you know you have a game, event, spirit day, or anything else coming up, send me your order as soon as you know you need it so I can get you on my production schedule.

Please keep in mind that certain items and customizations take longer than others, especially when specific blanks, materials, or specialty items need to be ordered.

If you’ve received notification that your order is ready for pickup, please give me a quick heads-up before stopping by. 💕

Since I’m a small business, there may be times throughout the day when I have to step out to run an errand, pick up supplies, or take care of something away from the shop. I’d hate for you to make the trip over and no one be available when you arrive!

I’m also happy to arrange porch pickup if I know approximately what time you’ll be stopping by. I just don’t like leaving orders outside for long periods of time because I don’t want anything getting damaged or exposed to the weather.

A quick email, call, or text with your estimated pickup time is all I need so I can plan accordingly. 🫶🏼 🚨Do not head over to pick up if I have NOT confirmed 🚨
