Looking for a fabulous detoxifiying goat milk soap? Have you tried my pine tar soap? If you have, I know you are already a fan! The goat milk is soothing and moisturizing, I add pumice and freshly ground oatmeal as an exfoliat, and charcoal as an extra detoxifying ingredient in addition to the pine tar. The frangrances are amazing, too. You can’t go wrong with these soaps. Once you try them, you will be hooked.

Have you ever used goat milk soap shampoo bars? They are absolutely amazing! They lather up beautifully and rinse out thoroughly, leaving your hair feeling light and clean and fresh. Depending on your hair type, many people find they use less, little, or even no additional conditioner on their hair. I currently have Lavender scent and Chamomile scent on hand. Well Friends, it’s been a minute! I’m finally back and getting caught up on some goat milk soap making. Thanks to so many of you we sold out of literally all of our pickled foods and jams and jellies last fall, and almost all of our goat milk soap. This little retirement “hobby” has taken on quite a life! 🤩 We are truly blessed. We made a few small batches of pickled foods and spicy jams to fill orders over the holidays, but I finally got a chance to make some goat milk soap this month.

Whoa, Baby! This goat milk soap has been a game changer for me! I’m one of those folks that attract every chigger, mosquito, and biting insect in a three county area. I guess I’m just sweet. During the warm months I am just one big itchy welp. This soap contains calamine powder, so in addition to the goat milk being moisturizing, the calamine is anti-itch, so this soap calms down my overly itch, scratch, bug-bitten, sun burned skin and I finally feel much more relaxed. I also added a bit of lavender essential oil, which is calming to the skin and the senses, a win/win. Try this one for yourself and the little ones, too. It has saved me this summer!

As a native Texan, there is nothing I love more than sitting out in the pasture and watching the day come slowly to an end. The air cools around you, the night sounds change to a softer note, and the colors take on a magical feel. I call this goat milk soap COOL COUNTRY NIGHTS. It reminds me of soft breezes and dew on the grass. It’s light and airy and perfect for summer. Can’t wait for you to try it!
