12/05/2017. This day changed my life forever. The greatest gift God could have blessed me with came into this world at 7 lbs 4 oz. I never knew that such a tiny human could make me reflect my entire life in a matter of seconds and catapult me into making one of the hardest decisions of my life. I had spent the majority of my adult life in the insurance industry doing everything from sales to claims and was getting burnt out on the call center life. The prospect of changing my entire career after investing so much time and effort in building it, seemed daunting. But, I knew that it was time for something different. I needed to do better, for myself, for my wife, and for my beautiful baby boy. I began to research everything from going back to school, to truck driving and nothing was sitting right with my heart. My wife and I had been talking about the huge potential that there was in Real Estate and the more I thought about it, the better it sounded. On March 20, 2019 I took a leap of faith and began doing my coursework to begin my career in Real Estate. April 28th, marked the completion of my course work and on May 22nd, I took AND passed my licensing exam! Life doesn't end when one door closes, it simply allows you to more clearly see all of the other doors that have been there the entire time. Maybe you're tired of living paycheck to paycheck.
