Using Send Email steps in our platform just got more powerful. You can now send to multiple recipients at once. Includes adding CC and BCC, setting a reply-to so answers land with the right person, and attach files straight from a URL. Addresses with accents and umlauts in them work too.

It also checks addresses, subjects and bodies more carefully before anything goes out, so problems get caught at the step, before anything reaches your recipient.

Our workflow tool, Stepper, is now on the Zoom App Marketplace.

Connect your Zoom account and a form submission can create the meeting and add the person as a registrant, while a new recording can kick off whatever needs to happen next. Your meetings live in the same workflows as your forms and documents, and you stop being the one keeping them in step.

Tom Wrench used Paperform to process around 30,000 gifts and roughly NZ$850,000.

Tom founded SmileBox with his wife in 2018 and later exited it. Early on he ran orders through a basic WordPress form. But when he needed more, he found Paperform, and use it to scale from there.

Every Smilebox gift order meant a string of decisions: which card, what message, whether to add a photo, and whose address it was going to. Add a price that changed with each answer, and a standard cart setup just never fit.

In this quick interview, Tom shares how Paperform was the starting point for a system of integrations, including Trello, Xero, and a confirmation email, that helped them scale.

The last couple of weeks have gone into the parts of Paperform you touch every single day: building a form, getting it live, and ensuring that is smooth. Here is what is new.

A cleaner way to start with AI
The AI create-form screen has a fresh look. There is a full *Generate* button front and centre, idea prompts are capped and tucked behind a tidy *More ideas* link to the page, and the template library now has a full search field with a *Load more* button, so finding the right starting point takes seconds instead of endless scrolling.

No more submissions delayed to a network blip
If a submission webhook to another tool failed to connect before any data went out, it used to just vanish. Now it retries automatically, so a brief network hiccup no longer means a wait for retries.

And over in Paperform’s workflow tool - Stepper
Our free workflows tool Stepper has five new apps live: Zoho Bookings, MongoDB Atlas, Braintree, Datadog and Podio. With almost 500 apps connected, you can do much more with your form workflows all in the one platform! (Stepper is available in the Paperform dashboard at https://app.stepper.io/flows)

None of this happens without you telling us what is clunky and what is missing, so please keep it coming.

Workspaces are now shared across Paperform, Papersign and Stepper. Your forms, your contracts and your workflows can now live in the same space.

Our products have always been built to work together. But working together should also mean feeling like one place, and shared workspaces are the foundation for that.

→ You'll see all of your workspaces, everywhere. Open Paperform, Papersign or Stepper and you'll see the same list, including ones that used to belong to another product.

→ You can move things between workspaces. Drag a form, a document or a workflow into any workspace you like. Organize by client, team or project instead of by product.

→ Everything for one project can finally live together. The intake form, the contract and the automation that connects them can now sit side by side.
Nothing has been moved or renamed, your links still work, and there's nothing you need to do.

This is the first of several changes we are planning to bring them closer.
