One of the things I enjoy the most about being a Sports Performance Coach is watching my athletes crush it on the court field, pool, track , etc.
Whether it's been 3 days since we had a session or more than 10 years....ðŸĪŠ I always enjoy the opportunity to cheer on and connect with my athletes!
Had a great top time watching at Alex Bolt win his first round at the last night and then burgers reminiscent of many of the nights we had on the road back when we were with the A.I.S.
