Sequoia Parents Club The Sequoia Parents Club is a group of volunteer parents working together to create community, and s The Sequoia Parents Club is a vital part of our school!

Despite continual cuts to education from the State of California, we are able to provide funds to support core programs, including; art, music, computer, library, physical education, and science, to enrich and benefit all of the Sequoia School Community. Events and Activities Supported by SPC
• Science Lab • Fine Arts Day
• School Garden Program • Music Programs
• Field Trips and Transportation • School Wide Assemblies
• Library Books and Supplies • Teacher Supplies
• Technology such as Computers Software
• Physical Education and Recess Equipment
• Repair and replacement of Play Equipment

🧡🎃 Getting to host our Fall into Fun Fall Festival together is so special, and seeing our teachers, families, and community enjoying it makes every bit of planning and hard work worth it.

114 volunteer slots, ALL filled by our amazing Sequoia community! 🥹 Some extra love for the people who took on the big lifts: our room parents for creating the incredible grade baskets; Joyelle and Melissa for managing the silent auction and exceeding every expectation; Jessica for the pumpkin carving contest and crafts; Sylvia for HAND PICKING apples! 🍎 Alycia for stepping in where she shines most; Joanne and Anne for all the concessions prep; and Kristy for all the tech and checkout prep. Alex and Jody for being our heavy lifters 💪🏼.

To Laura, who always delivers…..a Pumpkin Fairy more magical than we could dream of—thank you for bringing that wonder to our kids! ✨ And most of all, to Ross and Cavan, who put up with our endless visions and help make them happen.

To everyone who planned, prepped, volunteered, set up, cleaned up, and joined in the fun—thank you for making this fall magic happen. A little exhausted, a whole lot grateful, and so lucky to be part of this community! 🍂

Tomorrow’s the big day Giants! We’re working our magic to prep for the Fall Festivities! The pumpkins are in the house! Anne’s been whipping up batches of her famous “Fall Fluff” aka cotton candy! The cutie pie leaf inspired crafts are prepped and ready for our artists! And the apples have been hand picked for the apple nachos- don’t miss out on these delicious delicacies! 🍎

Thank you to Apple-A-Day / Ratzlaff Ranch 🍎 for these amazing Roman Beauties, Golden Delicious, and Bosc Pears! 🍐
And a huge shout out to Wild Oak Dairy for delivering our pumpkins!

Two more days until our Fall Festival! This event is a big lift so we could still use a little help from our friends! There is a link in our bio to sign up to volunteer at the event. We appreciate any and all help! Also tonight is the deadline to sign up for our first ever pumpkin carving contest! There will be three winners in the categories of scariest, funniest, and most creative. Prizes include an Oliver’s swag bag including a $50 gift card to Oliver’s! Link in bio for contest entry. Exciting things coming your way this Friday Giants! We can’t wait to see you there!

Lots of exciting events happening this week Giants! Friday will be the main event….our Fall Festival! It’s from 2:30-6:30 in the school garden. Before that don’t forget to enter our first ever pumpkin carving contest! Three prizes available for the categories of most creative, scariest, and funniest. Prizes include an Oliver’s tote with a $50 Oliver’s gift card, bottle of w**e, succulent pumpkin, Sequoia hat and more! The Fall Festival features a pumpkin patch, fall fairy, apple tasting, snacks, games, crafts, face painting, a silent auction and more! And to top it all off this week starts our annual costume exchange. Bring a gently used costume and perhaps find a new one for this year! Lots going on Giants! We hope to see you at all these fun events! 🍂🎃🍁
