Another mechanic threw tons of parts at this motor and couldn’t figure out why it was going into guardian. I took a quick ride with the customer could see his manifolds were overheating and had a ton of misfires pulled the injectors and sent them out to get cleaned by the best George Fuller. Inspected the ignition system replaced the exhaust system a couple o2 sensors that the last mechanic said were in perfect shape a port side catalytic converter and he’s back on the water and ready to go boating again reach out for any and all your boating needs 🚤

Customer lost prime coming back into the port and couldn’t figure out why one of the fuel lines on the high pressure fuel pump on this hpdi was leaking and there no longer available, I was able to get it welded by Tommy over at Black Hawk Fabrication LLC. an reinstalled reach out for any and all your boating needs🚤

5.0 long block! Motor had a miss on cyl #1 pulled the plugs an it was melted signs of water intrusion in the cylinder an a cracked cylinder wall pulled the motor with the help of Woody's Tree & Outdoor Solutions running his machine and also sent out the injectors to Fullers Marine to give this motor a clean bill of health reach out for any and all your boating needs 🚤
