Out of all the hotels I have been to and all over the world, there is one thing they all have in common. And they have yet to have mastered theses.

1. None have mastered a good (in room) coffee with enough creamers and an easy to use coffee machine. Get a kuerig, all these fancy schmancy coffee pots are a waste of coffee. You have to take about 10 minutes to read the directions to use it and at least 2 fails off the bat. And no, I do not want to go down to Starbucks at 4 am. Just an “in room” coffee that has an “easy to use coffee” machine would be great.

2. Bathroom lighting. Love the low lighting and ambiance but not when I need to wear make up. Some have magnifying mirrors but the low lighting makes it hard to see.

Also, in order to read the “directions a thousand times” to use the coffee pot, you also need bright lighting!

Not go mention the temperatures in conference rooms. They think cold temperatures help keep people awake. Maybe they need to read what happens to those who get hypothermia, you have a hard time staying awake lol
