Laura Belle was born in England, UK but currently resides in the US with her Husband, Ryan. She obtained Bachelor Degrees in Business Management, Strategy and International Enterprise before moving overseas. After planning their own whirlwind wedding, Laura made her own garter, and thus, her passion for garter making was born. She is now in the process of building her platform, including a website due to launch soon, and loves exploring new fashion trends to inspire her in creating beautiful, elegant and sexy designs with a modern flair.
