Slow it down, move with intention, and reset your week with Yoga on Tap at The Brewery at Four Star Farms.
Join us on the first and third Sunday of every month from 10:00 am to 11:00 am for a thoughtfully paced Vinyasa flow led by Rachel of Rachel May Flows. Each class is welcoming, supportive, and designed for all levels, whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to your mat.
After class, stick around for a private taproom hour from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Take your time cooling down, connecting with others, and enjoying a well earned post flow beverage before the rest of the day begins.
