Now is time to be booking for Exodus break for the Airman at Sheppard AFB and those in BMT and heading to Sheppard AFB for Tech school.
Exodus break is from 23 Dec 2022 - 3 Jan 2023.

Airmen that will be at Sheppard AFB during Christmas and want to take Exodus, please use the following QR code for booking travel.
(It must be used to book the shuttle service from SAFB to DFW or DAL airports.)

AITs that will be here for the Holiday leave need to use this QR code/website for booking their travel. The shuttle to and from Sheppard AFB - Airport must be purchased using this system.

I would suggest booking your travel sooner than later as prices will only get higher especially with the beginning date being the 23rd of Dec.

It’s Exodus return day!!!
Inside your blue Exodus envelope is the business card showing where the shuttles are located at each DFW terminal. DAL only has one terminal. You will need to have your pink return ticket (or yellow ticket if your purchased a one way ticket) when you arrive at the busses. If you’ve misplaced your shuttle ticket while on Exodus, the staff will be able to sell a replacement voucher once they confirm your original purchase. If you never purchased a ticket, they will be able to sell you the full price ticket if seats are available.

IS YOUR FLIGHT DELAYED?????

If your flight is delayed and you are going to miss your scheduled bus time, please call the number on the business card (they do not respond to voicemails and the line may be busy with other callers so keep trying) and notify the shuttle service of your delay. If your flight is delayed past the final departure at DAL tonight (730pm) you will need to travel to the DFW airport and remain at the USO until tomorrow morning. If you are flying into DFW and arrive after the final departure (8pm), please report to the USO and sign in.

::::🚨🚨BMT students arriving on Friday 18 Dec🚨🚨::::

Students that graduate Lackland BMT on December 17th and arrive to Sheppard on 18 Dec will need to purchase their shuttle tickets ASAP!!
Once your flight tickets are purchased, please email them to [email protected] and include a contact number of someone who can purchase the shuttle ticket on your behalf as well as what your job in the service will be if you will be unable to call us yourself. (They can email us the reservation too!)
On Dec 18th, we will provide your gaining squadron your Exodus packet for them to pass out.

Remember the key points when purchasing flights:
Shuttles only run to DFW and DAL on Dec 19th and only return Jan 3rd.
On Jan 3rd, you must land at DFW by 7PM and DAL by 630PM in order to catch the final shuttles of the day.

Reminder!
Exodus is this week! Due to the Covid-19 situation around us, many airlines have made flight changes such as departure/return times or airport changes. Please log into your travel reservations and make sure your flight is going out of the same airport your shuttle ticket goes to, and that there is at least 5hrs between your shuttle ticket time and your flight's departure. If there have been changes to your reservation and you need to change your shuttle tickets, please contact ITT ASAP."

THIS IS OUR LAST SATURDAY OPEN!!!!!

If you need your bus ticket and are at Sheppard AFB, you need to come purchase your ticket in person.

If you are arriving from BMT this coming week-your familiy/friends need to get your ticket for you before you arrive. Email us the itinerary to [email protected] (include contact number of person paying, job duty or service member, and we will call you back for payment).
