Okay Northeast cruisers — THIS ONE got my attention. 🚢

Disney Cruise Line is returning to New York City in fall 2027, and they're bringing the Disney Wish.

Seven sailings.

🏝️ Bermuda
🍁 Canada & New England
🎃 Halloween on the High Seas
🚢 4-, 5-, 6- and 7-night options

And for those of us in the Northeast?

You can do Disney Cruise Line without starting the vacation with a flight to Florida.

THAT is why I'm excited about this announcement.

The NYC season begins September 29, 2027, and it's short — the final sailing leaves October 31 and ends in San Juan on November 5.

And you can't book these yet.

🚢 General booking begins September 8

I'm digging into all seven itineraries because they're definitely NOT all the same — and I already see a couple that are much more interesting than the others.

Okay but can we talk about Jollywood Nights for a second 👀

Hollywood Studios. Old Hollywood glam. Christmas vibes. A Nightmare Before Christmas SING-ALONG. Ice skating in front of the Chinese Theater. Fireworks. Characters. Craft cocktails if that's your thing.

AND THIS YEAR IT RUNS INTO JANUARY. Jan 3 and Jan 5. Disney said "the holidays aren't over until WE say they're over" and honestly same.

Party runs 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM. You get in at 5:30. Tickets are $169–$199 — a little cheaper than MVMCP and way more lowkey. Great for adults and older kids who want something that feels fancy and fun.

Tickets on sale July 9 for resort guests, July 16 for everyone else.
