We currently have a few items ready to ship but most are "made to order" items. Our items currently consist of mostly crochet items but paintings will be added soon. Currently accepting cards via paypal. Cancellation must be made before order is shipped. Shipping will be with the USPS and include tracking and $50 of insurance. Additional insurance can be added for an additional cost. No internatio
nal orders at this time. A message will be sent with expected ship date for all orders. Returns and Exchanges:
In the event that the order arrives damaged due to shipping, customer must submit detailed pictures of the item, the damage, and the package. Once pictures are submitted, returns or exchanges can be accepted. Return postage will be paid by Southern Moose Creations, including postage to customer in the event of an exchange. Exchanges are also accepted if the item is for a newborn not yet born and does not fit upon birth. In this case, return shipping to Southern Moose Creations must be paid by the customer and the item will be exchanged for correct size. Shipping back to customer will be paid by Southern Moose Creations. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted. Custom orders placed acknowledge that it is understood that they have electronically agreed to all custom order conditions as stated bellow. This is to protect the customer and Southern Moose Creations. Custom orders:
~Customer understands that custom orders have a processing time of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size of the order unless otherwise stated by Southern Moose Creations upon request of order.
~Upon request for a custom order, customer will receive a quoted price for total for the order which will include shipping costs and quoted price for deposit within 24 hours of request.
~Invoice for deposit of total less shipping cost must be paid to Southern Moose Creations within 24 hours of being sent to customer.
~If deposit invoice is not paid within time limits, order will be canceled. A new order must be made in addition to new invoice sent.
~Southern Moose Creations agrees to send detailed pictures to the customer upon completion of order. Customer will have 48 hours to object, ask for changes, request additional pictures, or accept. If customer does not reply in 48 hours, it will be taken as an acceptance of final product.
~Invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to customer after final pictures are accepted or after the 48 hour acceptance period has lapsed. Invoice of the shipping must be paid within 24 hours.
~If invoice is not paid within the time limits, the customer forfeits the order and Southern Moose Creations has the right to resell the order with customer being able to request a refund of the deposit less a 10% restocking fee.
~If customer objects to the order after receiving the pictures, customer has the right to ask for refund of anything paid toward total order cost less a 10% restocking fee and releases order to Southern Moose Creations for resale. Stock Orders:
~Customer understands that stock orders have a processing time of 3-7 days after order is paid for.
~All stock orders will be invoiced within 24 hours and must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice.
~For orders requiring personalization, customer understands that this can take an additional 3 to 5 day to process the order.
~Orders with personalization added will require full payment up front before work can be done. Pictures will be sent to customer before order is shipped.
