I was so blessed to travel with some superstars!
Costa Rica is fabulous but needs some context and care. Happy to help.
For the record, I took this picture of the sloth - winked at me.

Costa Rica - Started the day with a gorgeous view of the water followed by GLUTEN-FREE croissants and cinnamon rolls at the Waldorf. It was such a hospitable and intentional location. Case and point - not only did they have accessible entries to all facilities (like gym, restaurants, and the spa) and public bathrooms equiped with grip bars, but they mounted the mirrors with a tilt and adjusted the vanity height for better utilization of someone in a chair. This should be the norm but it is the exception. Ended the day in Santa Catalina with a lovely sunset with some great colleagues.

Lovely day starting with a geological tour of Tabacon Thermal Resort & Spa. As a kid who witnessed Mount St. Helens, I was notating the similarities and differences.
Drove 97 and a half hours (it felt like it) to the Pacific coast.
Lovely sunset and farm to table dinner.
No snakes, THANKS, but saw a monkey up close!

Although I love Ireland, 💚☘️ Costa Rica has even more shades of green. The rainforest was gorgeous and the hotels surrounding it spectacular. From treehouses to hot springs, truly amazing!
We hiked the hanging bridges. It was a stretch for this fighter with invisible illnesses that impact how I do life. But I did it with the help of my Fora colleagues.
