KCT is starting Northern Virginia Community College Alexandria Campus Bisdorf Building Phase 1 & 2 soon. The contract was awarded 2013, and commencing work has been delayed due to other construction at the building. About 55,000 square feet with 100 days to finish substantial completion will be a challenge for KCT, and KCT is start preparing the project for successful completion.

Going Back to the Village of Rockville!
KCT signed the contract for roofing screen replacement of more than 20,000 square feet for the 360 unit building. The project starts on April 7th with two month to complete the project.
