As summer time approaches were beginning to get into the "oh f**k I need to service my boat" season. While going through many boats it is more often than not that we encounter fuel filters that are way past due. They can be in tight spots or difficult to remove but that doesn't excuse not replacing them.
Do you spend your summers in the Keys and Bahamas ? You should absolutely have a racor style filter such as pictured above to allow you to drain off water if necessary. Alsosuper important to label the date it was changed as well as the hours if applicable. Don't let a cheap and readily available part potentially ruin your vacation this summer. We specialize in electrical and electronics but love all things boat stuff. So if your tired of getting half assed service at an arm and a leg prices give us a call. When it comes to your hull, we can just about conquer it all.
