Q: What type of services do you offer?
A: We offer two types of services to fit your needs. One is our concierge service for individuals that are independent but doesn't have family or friends available. We take you wherever you need to go and stay with you the entire time. For example.... Dr's appointments, grocery shopping, pharmacy pick up, etc.
If you have an outpatient procedure that requires anesthesia, the Dr's office will not allow you to use Uber or Lyft, we will be there for you as your designated family or friend that will get you home safely. We even provide post-op instructions to your designated emergency contact person.
The second service we offer is our pick up and drop off service. We schedule you for a set time to take you where you need to go and then schedule you for a set return time back home. That means, no waiting for long periods of time.
This service can be used for airport travel plans, special evening outings with friends, or concert venues.
You name it, we do it!
Q: Why should I use your services vs other options for my transportation needs?
A: You can call me directly and I answer the phone. I don't use apps or phone operators.
I am certified and trained to work with individuals with dementia. I am certified and trained in emergency basic life support.
I am the owner and driver and we ask that you support a small business.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, I am registered with Sunbiz State of Florida. I have a clean driving record and background checked. I carry commercial insurance that covers my vehicle and passengers.
Q: What areas do you provide services?
A: We operate in Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas counties.
Q: How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A: We recommend the sooner the better but have been able to be flexible one day ahead.
